For The Simpsons—The Complete Season 12 (Fox), creator Matt Groening and Company have yet again given fans of the best comedy on television reason to cheer: all 21 episodes from the 2000-1 season are collected on this three-disc set. Highlights include another hilarious “Treehouse of Horror XI” episode; “Tennis the Menace” (with the voices of Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras and the Williams sisters); the return of the murderous Sideshow Bob (voiced by Kelsey Grammer); and other special guests like The Who, Shawn Colvin, Stephen King, Drew Barrymore, ED Norton, Michael Keaton, and even authors Amy Tan and John Updike.
